Visualize and explain knoweldge and ideas with concept maps: CMap Cloud

Web app facilitates the creation of concept maps, which differently than mindmaps, are designed to analyze and illustrate concepts/ideas by identifying its key characterizing elements (propositions) and identifying all of the relevant relationships among them.

This has been proven to be particularly effective in transmitting knowledge of a certain subject area to a novice, by leveraging concepts he is already familiar with.

"Cmap empowers users to construct, navigate, share and criticize knowledge models represented as concept maps."

My comment: An innovative and truly effective approach to learning and understanding. While on the surface concept maps may appear as just another type of mindmaps, if you study the philosophy behind them and its application, concept maps offer in my view a uniquely effective solution to communicate, explain and share concepts and ideas to others. Highly recommended.
